(Oral) As per the custody certificate 20.4.2022 furnished by the State counsel, the petitioner was released from jail on 13.11.2021 after completion of his sentence by giving the benefit of remission i.e. 1 month and 25 days. Even the counsel for the complainant has admitted the fact that petitioner was released from jail after completion of his sentence. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
