(Oral) Pursuant to directions issued on 04.09.2024 a report has been received from the trial Court to the effect that arguments on the cancellation report were concluded finally on 27.9.2024 and vide order dated 30.9.2024 the same had been returned to the police with a direction to conduct further investigation.

Faced with the aforestated position learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the investigating agency.

In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
