ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. On 21.07.2022 the following order was passed :
"The matter has been called twice but none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. This is an appeal of the year 2018 which has repeatedly been adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant.
Since the matter has been taken up for the first time after 2019 due to the situation created because of the Pandemic COVID-19, one last opportunity is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to address arguments, failing which the present appeal shall be dismissed for non-prosecution.
Adjourned to 07.12.2022.
Registry to inform learned counsel for the appellant of the date fixed."
