(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to the respondents to take action against the accused in FIR No.0154 dated 10.07.2019 under Sections 295, 452, 427, 232, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 302 IPC (Added later on) at Police station Islamabad, Amritsar.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State submits that initially, the FIR was registered as mentioned above. Subsequently, Section 302 IPC was added but during the course of investigation, it was revealed that the deceased had died on account of multi-organ failure. Because of the said fact, the challan was submitted on 31.03.2020 and thereafter charges were framed against Resham Singh, Jaibir Singh and Harinder Singh on 05.05.2022 under Sections 304, 295, 452, 427, 232, 148 and 149 IPC and a SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.09.15 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-41862-2019 (O & M) co-accused Harbir Singh is absconding. The case is now fixed for recording of prosecution evidence on 01.10.2022.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. Disposed of.
