***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon finding that the FIR in the present case i.e. FIR No.350 dated 22.10.2018 at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala under Sections 325, 323, 341 and 34 of Indian Penal Code was lodged 3 years back, the petition is disposed off with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the matter and to ensure that the investigation pertaining to FIR No.350 dated 22.10.2018 is concluded at the earliest, in case the same has not been concluded so far, so that a final report in terms of Section 173 Cr.P.C. is filed at the earliest preferably within a period of 2 months from today. A copy of this order be conveyed to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala for necessary compliance.
