RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for quashing of the impugned order dated 19.08.2019, Annexure P-6, passed by respondent No.1 with respect to issuance of Sanad Takseem, order dated 30.08.2019, Annexure P-7, whereby partition proceedings have been finalized without serving the petitioners as well as quashing of impugned order dated 24.04.2023, passed by respondent No.2, Annexure P-8, whereby revision petition filed against the order dated 30.08.2019 has been dismissed as not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail any other remedy as available to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
