***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) Upon receipt of a letter from Mamta Rani pertaining to illegal detention of her brother Amit Verma, the same was ordered to be treated as a habeas corpus petition.

Reply on behalf of the State has been filed which is accompanied by statement of Mamta Rani wherein she has stated that on 19.9.2019, 5/6 persons in civil dress had come in two cars when her brother Amit Verma was standing near Bikaner Bakery, Phase 1, Dugri, Ludhiana.
