(Oral) Counsel for respondent No.2, on the basis of the affidavit of the Managing Director, Punjab State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited, Chandigarh, submits that by passing a speaking order, the claim of the petitioner has been decided and the petitioner has already been granted the benefit of 04 years ACP and 6% interest on payment and the retiral benefits will be paid, today itself. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
