Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Sarvesh, who is juvenile in conflict with law, in case FIR No. 512 dated 09.09.2019, registered under Section(s) 148, 149, 307, 323 & 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the petitioner has not approached the concerned Juvenile Justice Board by now. As per view taken by this Court in Gurjinder Singh v. State of Punjab (CRM-M-19810-2018, decided on 24.05.2018), present petition for granting the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is not maintainable and as such, the same stands dismissed.
