RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Admittedly, the Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, constituted a committee, which on verification found that the house of the petitioners is situated in Village Budhera. Consequently, the claims of the petitioners were rejected vide order dated 09.08.2022. Evidently, the aforesaid order has not been assailed by the petitioners in this writ petition either by amending the writ petition or by challenging the same in an appropriate forum. After arguing this case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 09.08.2022 in accordance with law.
