Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that the condition imposed of depositing 20% of the compensation be waived of and order dated 27.07.2023 be set aside whereby his application seeking waving of 20% compensation has been wrongly dismissed. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition and submits that some time be granted to comply with the order dated 27.07.2023, as the same had to be done before 29.09.2023. 3.

Accordingly, 30 days time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 27.07.2023 if it is not yet complied with. 4.
