**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of complaint No.COMA/221/2020 dated 09.09.2020 titled as 'Pritam Singh vs. Sukhdev Singh etc.' filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, (Annexure P-1) pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jagraon for 11.09.2024 and for quashing of summoning order dated 09.04.2021 (Annexure P-7) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all such pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Allowed as prayed for.
