***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and to apply for grant of regular bail.

In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of one week from today and applies for grant of regular bail in the forenoon of the day, the learned trial Court shall endeavour to dispose off the same expeditiously preferably on the day of filing of such application while duly taking into account that apart from the offences under Sections PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.12.17 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
