Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of additional honorarium of ` 10,000 per month in view of Notification, dated 13.04.2022, Annexure P-3 and on the basis of parity, keeping in view the orders passed by this Court, dated 30.04.2024 and 21.05.2024, Annexure P-9 and P-10, respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide their pending legal notice dated 17.08.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice dated 17.08.2024, will be decided by the second AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.06 12:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.22270 of 2024 [2] respondent-Director, Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.
