(ORAL) CRM-48286-2023 The present application has been filed by the petitioner for placing on record medical report dated 19.9.2023 of Era Malik (minor daughter of the petitioner), vide Annexure P-5. The same is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of Main case.

CRM-M-45765 of 2023 -2been supplied to counsel opposite. Learned State counsel, while drawing attention of this Court to the report, has verified the authenticity of the submissions made by counsel opposite, on the last date of hearing, qua the medical ailment of his daughter. She submits that daughter of the petitioner was admitted from 16.6.2023 to 25.6.2023 with complaint of fever and abdomen pain and thereafter had been discharged in a stable condition. Thereafter, on 1.8.2023 she was again admitted with complaint of fever and was then discharged on 4.8.2023 in a stable condition.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the relevant material on record.

Not ground is made out to extend the concession of interim bail to the petitioner.

The petition is as such dismissed.
