ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 16.03.2023, when none appeared and Registry was asked to issue notice to parties as well as their respective counsels. Needful has been done.

Office report reveals that notice issued to appellants have not been received back served or otherwise due to incomplete address. However, learned counsel for appellants was informed through e-mail, yet none appears. It seems that by sheer effluxion of time and pendency of appeal as the same is pending for the past more than 09 years, appellants have lost interest in pursuing the appeal. Issuance of fresh notice would be an exercise in futility as fresh and correct addresses of appellants are not known.
