(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for quashing of FIR No. 050 dated 22.06.2023 registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 506 IPC at Police Station Women, Ambala (Annexure P-1) and challan dated 24.08.2023 (Annexure P-2) on merits.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage Permitted to do so.
