(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing/setting aside the judgment and order dated 30.07.2014 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran as well as judgment and order dated 23.04.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned SDJM, Patti in Criminal Complaint No. 32 dated 01.08.2011 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and all the subsequent proceedings on the basis of compromise dated 18.11.2021 (Annexure P-5). A perusal of file reveals that the petitioner was convicted by the trial Court under the Negotiable Instruments Act. His appeal and revision were also dismissed against the said judgment of conviction. Once this Court had dismissed the revision petition filed by the petitioner on merits, there is express bar under Section 362 Cr.P.C. to recall that order. Given above, the present petition is dismissed. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.

It is clarified that the compromise recorded by the parties shall not be considered in evidence in any manner whatsoever. Interim order, if any, stands re-called.
