This is an application for preponement of the date fixed in the main case (CWP-28082-2019) and for disposal of the same in view of the fact that the order under challenge dated 10.09.2019 (Annexure P-1) vide which the petitioner was transferred for the fourth time has since been withdrawn by respondent No.1 on 09.02.2021.

Learned counsel for the applicant-respondent No.1 would contend that advance copy of the application has already been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the date fixed in the main case is preponed and the same is taken on board today itself.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 would contend that the only challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 10.09.2019 (Annexure P-1) vide which the petitioner was transferred for the fourth time. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 would further contend that during the pendency of the writ petition the impugned order dated 10.09.2019 (Annexure P-1) has been withdrawn on 09.02.2021 and the petitioner has been allowed to continue to officiate as Manager of the District Primary Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Limited, Faridabad at Palwal Branch and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
