(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.4 to treat the representation dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner as a complaint under Section 47 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (in short '1994 Act'). 1.1 A further prayer has been made for directing respondent No.5 to take an appropriate action on the representation/ complaint dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-1).
