AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to consider the claim of petitioner for regularization vis-a-vis other junior employees at par. Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr.Sanjiv Gupta,, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.4 to consider and decide representation dated 15.07.2019, (Annexure P-22) in terms of orders dated 18.01.2019 and 09.07.2019 (Annexures P-20 and P-21) respectively, within some specified time.

CWP No.27805 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the representation dated 15.07.2019, (Annexure P-22) in terms of orders dated 18.01.2019 and 09.07.2019 (Annexures P-20 and P-21) respectively, by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
