The present appeal pertains to the year 2013. The service remains incomplete for want of fresh address of the sole respondent. Repeatedly, time has been granted to counsel for the appellant, however, no steps have been taken to furnish the fresh complete address of the respondent till date. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non prosecution.
