Notice of the application to the respondents. On the asking of the court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2 and Mr. Pritam Saini, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.3 and 4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant appeal has been found covered by the order dated 15.2.2016 passed by this court in Kanwar's case (supra).

In view of the above said undisputed fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant application is allowed and the appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 15.2.2016 passed by this court in RFA No.3365 of 2014 (Kanwar Vs. State of Haryana and others). Disposed of, accordingly.
