The present petition has been filed under Section 483 OF Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking regular bail in FIR No.20 dated 23.01.2023 under Sections 21, 25, 29 of NDPS Act, 24, 54, 59 of Arms Act, addition of offence under Section 307, 427 of IPC registered at Police Station STF, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
