The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the Complaint bearing No.16 of 12.03.2014 registered under Sections 452, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 3(x)(1) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ropar, whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial Vide order dated 23.09.2014 and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

It is not even disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners and this fact also reflected from the record that the present petitioners had filed another petition for quashing of the same proceedings and the summoning order as are being challenged in the present petition, vide CRM-M-73562015. In view of the above, this Court does not find any new ground to entertain the present petition. Moreover, once the claim of the petitioners has already been disposed of by a coordinate Bench of this Court then whatever else remedy the petitioners might be having, they may avail the same, however, it would not be appropriate for this Court to entertain the second petition on the same cause of action 4.
