(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had joined as an accountant in the company on 15.09.2015 on a monthly salary of Rs. 1 lakh. On the contrary, learned State counsel submits that apart from the salary, an amount of Rs. 1 crore was transferred in his account and an amount of Rs. 1.61 crore was transferred in another account of a firm in which he was a proprietor and was controlling himself. In all 21,300 people were defrauded by making them believe that if they pay Rs. 1,000/- per month for 17 months, then they will be entitled to luxury gadgets and all such promises were not fulfilled. He further submits that it is a violation of the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment (HPID in FE) Act, 2014 and also amounts to cheating.

I have considered the rival submissions and I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner is not entitled to interim bail. The present petition is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is recalled.
