ARUN PALLI, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment dated 27.2.2016, rendered by this Court in RFA No.7705 of 2014 titled Om Parkash and Ors. Vs. State of Haryana and Ors., vide which appeals preferred by the land owners were partly accepted, therefore, these appeals be also disposed of in the same terms.
