By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to take appropriate legal action against private respondent No.4 for theft and embezzlement of Government funds causing loss to the Government exchequer and further to take action on the application dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) and application dated 'NIL' (Annexure P-2) within some time bound manner. 2.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail the alternative remedy, as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
