CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondent authorities to grant relaxation of 5% marks at Bachelor's as well as Masters level for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Non-Creamy Layer)/Differently abled and other classes of persons for the purpose of eligibility and assessing good academic record for direct recruitment. In this regard, representation (Annexure P-3) has already been submitted. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure P-3), within some specified time.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merit of the case or commenting thereon, the present writ petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case the claim of the petitioner is not to be accepted, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.10.

CWP No.27799 of 2019 (O&M) -2forthwith. It is made clear that in case the representation is not decided within two months, there shall be costs of `25,000/- to be paid to the petitioner.
