Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned condition no.11 of the appointment letter, dated 05.05.2013, Annexure P-9, whereby the petitioner is required to qualify the typing test.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case second respondent is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 17.04.2023, Annexure P-12, in a specified period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana., accepts notice and submits that the pending representation, dated 17.04.2023, will be decided by the second respondent expeditiously. 5.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent-Director, Secondary Education, to consider and decide the pending representation, AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.06 08:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
