Vide order dated 15.09.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioners were released on interim bail and were directed to join investigation. 3.
Learned State counsel submits on instructions from the Investigating Officer that the petitioners have joined the investigation on 01.10.2023 and they are not required for custodial interrogation. 4.
