(Oral) During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the revisionist has contended that application for interim custody of the child who is aged about 10 months only, is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurdaspur, since long which has not been decided and the revisionist would be satisfied if the application is decided expeditiously.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he does not have any objection to such prayer.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to decide the application for interim custody of the child, filed by the revisionist, expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in such Court. A copy of the order be sent to the trial Court for compliance. ( H.S.
