***** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) CM No. 1427-CI-2016 Applicant seeks leave of the Court to file appeal on behalf of the Late Sunder Singh-appellant, on the basis of particulars given in para 2 of the application.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein, however, subject to all just exceptions. Leave sought is granted.

CM No. 1423-CI-2016 Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 110 days in refiling the appeal.

CM No. 1424-CI of 2016 Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 792 days in filing the appeal.
Notice of the application to the Advocate General, Haryana. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice and fairly states that let the instant application be allowed in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (2) RCR (civil) 437.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 792 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. However, it is made clear that the applicant shall not be entitled for interest for this delay of 792 days, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal's case (supra). CM stands disposed of.

RFA No. 541 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that instant appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 20.11.2015 passed by this Court in
RFA No. 3810 of 2013 ( Raghbir Singh and another Vs.State of Haryana and another). He prays for disposal of the present appeal in terms of the order dated 20.11.2015 passed in Raghbir Singh's case (supra). Notice of motion.
