This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in FIR No.99, dated 14.06.2025, registered under Section 108, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Raman, District Bathinda. 2.

Vide order dated 26.06.2025 of this Court, the arrest of the petitioners was stayed subject to their joining the investigation and in the event of their arrest, they were ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Agency, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined and cooperated with the investigation.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation. 5.

However, the petitioners shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 482(2) BNSS. They shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.
