RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) Mr. Malwai makes a statement that he wishes to withdraw this appeal on account of the fact that the husband of the appellant had filed a separate suit for declaration qua the sale deed and in which, though the suit has been dismissed, but an injunction has been issued that appellant will not be dispossessed except in due course of law by the respondent. The statement is accepted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
