RFA No. 559 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No. 1515 of 2014 (Harijan Co-operative Society Ltd. Vs. State of Haryana and another) Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the contesting respondents and after going through the record of the case, fairly states that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 22.12.2015 passed in Harijan Cooperative Society's case (supra). In view of the abovesaid fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.12.2015 passed in Harijan Co-operative Society's case (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
