In the present appeal, the challenge is to the judgment dated 24.10.2016 (Anneuxre A-1) passed by learned Single Judge, in CWP No. 23487 of 2012.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the demembering of the respondents by the appellant-society was held to be bad only on the ground that the process envisaged under law for removing a member from the society was not followed, including the prior approval from the Registrar Cooperative Societies, hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further, with liberty to the appellant-Society to re-initiate the aforesaid process against the private respondents so as to conclude the same in accordance with law. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
