Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's experience certificate and grant marks on that basis in selection for the post of TGT Science, pursuant to advertisement 02/2023.

Learned State counsel contends that the final result of selection has been declared vide announcement dated 27.07.2024, Annexure P-5, solely on the basis of written examination without giving any weightage of socio economic criteria. This has been done in terms of law laid down by the Division Bench in LPA No.1037 of 2023 titled Haryana Staff Selection Commission v. Rahul and another, and so mentioned in the announcement itself.

Since the socio economic criteria which includes marks for experience in terms of notification dated 05.05.2022, has been quashed by the Division Bench in Sukriti Malik case, the petitioner's claim for marks for experience under the criteria cannot be entertained.
