Learned counsel would contend that the roll number of the petitioner finds mention in the EBPGC category, in the waiting list for appointment to the post of Steno-typist, however, though vide order dated 03.05.2024, Annexure P11, 4 candidates from the said list have been appointed. In this regard, a representation dated 07.05.2024, Annexure P-12, has been submitted by him, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.
