(ORAL) We had on 03.07.2017 passed the following order:- ''Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the appellant would not press her claim against the appointment and continuation of respondent No.3 as a Punjabi Typist but her claim for promotion as a Clerk should be considered by the respondent considering the fact that she qualifies for the same.

Limited to the aforesaid issue, notice of motion only to the official respondents for 30.10.2017.''

In fact, the order of learned Single Judge takes care of the concern of the petitioner as it has been observed as follows:- ''In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is allowed.

The petitioner is entitled to all consequential benefits. However, the respondent-Sugar Mill would be free to promote Surinder Kaur-respondent No.3 in view of her fulfilling the prescribed qualifications, in view of her seniority and fulfilling promotion criteria.'' Having regard to the aforesaid, we are of the opinion that the present appeal can be disposed of in view of the observations made by learned Single Judge in impugned order, but with a direction to the official respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of what has been noticed above within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
