Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to proceed against respondents No.4 to 8 under Sections 182, 203 & 120-B IPC for falsely and fraudulently implicating the petitioner in a false case and also to protect his life and liberty and that of his family at their hands. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of her grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 01.03.2018 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, but still no action has been taken thereon.
