(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuing time bound directions to respondent No.1 to decide the pending representation dated 07.03.2025 (Annexure P-5). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
