In the present petition, petitioner prays for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on his representation dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-1).

As per petitioner, respondents No.4 and 5 were running a lottery business in the name of NPL lottery, they lured him to invest the money on the assurance that the same would be returned back with doubled money
Learned counsel states that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot. He further submits that few days after filing of the present petition, petitioner was summoned by the local police authorities and his statement was recorded but no further action was taken. 3.
Insofar as the present petition is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer to direct respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 24.07.2025 annexed as Annexure P-1 moved by petitioner.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case and in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) within a period of two weeks.
