Shri Saraswati Sanskrit Vidalya Trust ....Respondents and Management Society & Others CORAM : HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ALKA SARIN Present :
Mr. P.K.S. Phoolka, Advocate for the petitioner. ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The limited prayer made in the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a direction to the Appellate Authority for deciding the application for stay filed along with appeal against the order of ejectment dated 27.04.2022 passed by the Rent Controller, Khanna.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that in the present revision petition a limited prayer has been made that the Appellate Authority may be directed to decide the stay application expeditiously. It is further the contention that repeatedly the case has been adjourned for filing of the reply by the respondents to the stay application and that the reply, despite four adjournments, has not been filed and simultaneously the execution petition is being pursued by the respondents and warrants of possession have been issued.
In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the JITENDER KUMAR 2022.11.01 11:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
