(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (now Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.48 dated 02.04.2025 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar (Rural).

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
