***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that all the PWs stand examined.

Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh in case there is inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.

Since learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall conclude his defense evidence within less than one month from today, it is directed that in case the defense evidence is concluded, the Trial Court shall ensure that the matter is finally disposed of within a period of 2 weeks from conclusion of defense evidence.
