CM No. 1668-CI-2016 Applicants seek leave of the Court to file appeal on behalf of legal representatives of Late Sh. Om Parkash-appellant No.1, on the basis of particulars given in para 2 of the application. After hearing learned counsel for the applicants, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein, however, subject to all just exceptions. Leave sought is granted.

CM No. 1667-CI-2016 Applicants seek condonation of delay of 332 days in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 29.2.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 8073 of 2014 (Phool Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others).

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Vibha Tewari, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice and after going through the record, submits that present case is squarely covered by the order dated 29.2.2016 passed in Phool Singh's case (supra).

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 332 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
