An FIR No. 176 of 21.08.2021, is registered against the bail applicant - petitioner, at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib, constituting therein offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC.

Notice to respondent.

Mr. Bhupender Beniwal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, waives service on behalf of the respondent.

The bail applicant / petitioner is not a signatory of the agreement to sell drawn amongst the parties concerned, nor is he a witness to the afore drawn agreement to sell.

However, the bail applicant, may have brokered the deal, inter se, the parties concerned. Therefore, his name has been implicated as an accused in the FIR (supra).

Since, this Court, through verdict, made on 02.12.2021, in CRM-M No. 50399 of 2021, titled as" Harinderjeet Singh and another DINESH KUMAR 2021.12.16 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Versus State of Punjab", has made a direction, that "as and when the

CRM-M No. 52289 of 2021 (O&M) -2Investigating Officer deems it fit to make arrest of the co-accused, thereupon, he shall not make their arrest, unless he gives a seven days notice to the accused.

In sequel, and, in consonance therewith, the extant petition is disposed of with alike directions, that in case the Investigating Officer deems it fit to make arrest of the bail applicant, thereupon, he shall not make his arrest, without issuing a seven days notice, upon him. 8.

However, the afore bail applicant will cooperate in the investigation made into the offences concerned, as and when he is summoned by the Investigating Officer, through a written Hukamnama, served upon him.
