(Oral) Learned counsel representing the State assisted by ASI Rajesh Kumar submits that the present regular bail petition has become infructuous as the petitioner - Dilshad has been acquitted by the trial Court in FIR No. 211 dated 10.05.2022, under Section 363, 366 of IPC and 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, vide judgment of acquittal dated 29.05.2023. This fact is also confirmed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the statement, the present regular bail petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
