RFA No. 648 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 4.9.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No. 3728 of 2015 (Ramesh Vs.State of Haryana and others).

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. Mr. Pritam Singh Saini, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the respondents also submit that present case is squarely covered by the order dated 4.9.2015 passed in Ramesh's case (supra).
